SDW and Pameijer Mozaïk join forces for better care

SDW and Pameijer Mozaïk are joining forces in the West Brabant region in the supervision and treatment of people with mild intellectual disabilities and psychiatric and/or addiction problems. To this end, the directors of both organizations signed a cooperation agreement on December 18.

The cooperation was entered into because Pameijer Mozaïk has the expertise in the field of treatment and guidance of people with psychiatric and/or addiction problems and SDW is specialized in the support of people with (mild) mental disabilities. Through this cooperation, the employees of both organizations can make even better use of each other's knowledge and experience, resulting in appropriate care for the clients. 

Administrators Ingrid van Huijkelom (SDW) and Myrthe Koster (Pameijer Mozaïk) explain, "By combining our strengths, we can help a broader target group with specialized assistance needs and strengthen each other in this in the West Brabant region. Moreover, both organizations are committed to promoting and improving each other's expertise in these complex issues."

About SDW and Pameijer Mozaïk

SDW provides support to children, young people, adults and the elderly with a mental or developmental disability. SDW looks at what clients can and want, their talents and possibilities, so that they can live as independently as possible and participate in society. Pameijer Mozaïk is an institution for specialist mental health care and offers outpatient treatment and social assistance. The goal is recovery and social participation of the client.
